Common questions
How does the free trial work?
Seven days with every module and every AI feature switched on. No card. We set you up within one working day and you use it with real patients. At the end you pick monthly, quarterly or yearly, or you simply stop and export your records.
Is the price different for a hospital or an IVF centre?
No. One price for every kind of clinic. What changes is how you pay: monthly, quarterly or yearly. Longer periods cost less per month, include more consents and switch on more of the AI.
What is the founding-partner offer?
The first ten clinics get CareSeal free for up to six months with every AI add-on switched on, against a three-year commitment at a locked price. In return we ask for honest feedback and permission to write up their experience. How many months are free depends on the commitment, as set out in the terms.
Can I get free months without being a founding partner?
Yes. Commit for a year and get one month free; commit for two years and get up to three months free; commit for three years and get up to six months free. The price is locked for the whole commitment. Every free period is agreed in writing before you start.
What counts as a consent?
One patient completing one consent journey whether or not they sign. Cancelled or expired requests are not counted. Extra consents beyond the plan are ₹15 each.
Is Aadhaar eSign included?
Aadhaar eSign is billed at the licensed provider's rate per signature with no margin added. Phone OTP signing is included.
Do you charge per doctor?
No. Charging per user discourages clinics from giving every doctor and front-desk member a login. Complete records need everyone on the system. All plans include unlimited users.
Are patient records and prescriptions extra?
No. Patient records, notes and digital prescriptions with medicine timetables come with every plan. AI prescriptions are included in every plan too.
Which AI is included in my plan?
Monthly includes AI prescriptions. Quarterly adds AI follow-ups and outreach. Yearly includes all three AI modules with the procedure studio. Any plan can switch on the others as add-ons.
Can we add our own procedures?
Yes. Write them in the procedure studio where the assistant drafts the chapters, risks and check questions in English and Hindi. Your doctor approves every line. Or ask us to write one with a specialist and a medico-legal reviewer for ₹3,000.
What is the pilot?

What happens to our records if we stop?
You can export every signed record, prescription and evidence pack at any time. Records under a retention duty stay readable for the retention period at no charge.
