Your clinic sent you a CareSeal link. Here is what it is.
Before a procedure your doctor must make sure you understand what will happen. The risks. Your choices. CareSeal lets you go through this on your own phone in your language at your own pace. It keeps a record of it for you and the clinic.
In English
- The link opens in your phone's browser. There is nothing to install.
- You confirm your mobile number with a one-time code.
- You read or listen to four short chapters. You can stop and come back later.
- You confirm each risk and then answer three questions about the main ones. If you get one wrong that chapter is shown again. Nobody fails.
- You can ask your doctor a question and see the answer here.
- You sign with a code sent to your phone or with Aadhaar for some procedures. You can choose not to proceed at any time before the procedure.
- Your clinic keeps the signed record for up to ten years and can give you a copy. Your name and number are encrypted. They are never used for anything else.

- हर जोखिम की पुष्टि करते हैं। फिर मुख्य जोखिमों पर तीन सवालों के जवाब देते हैं। ग़लत जवाब पर वह अध्याय फिर दिखता है। कोई फेल नहीं होता।
- आप अपने डॉक्टर से सवाल पूछ सकते हैं और जवाब यहीं देख सकते हैं।
- फ़ोन पर आए कोड से या कुछ प्रक्रियाओं के लिए आधार से हस्ताक्षर करते हैं। प्रक्रिया से पहले आप कभी भी मना कर सकते हैं।
- क्लिनिक हस्ताक्षरित रिकॉर्ड दस साल तक रखता है और आपको प्रति दे सकता है। आपका नाम और नंबर एन्क्रिप्टेड हैं और भारत में रखे जाते हैं। किसी और काम में नहीं आते।
